Host Geek Design currently provides web maintenance solutions for WordPress websites. The above solutions are applicable only for non-eCommerce WordPress websites (eCommerce WordPress websites would normally have shopping cart facilities such as WooCommerce).

Yes, as long as it is sitting on the WordPress platform.

Our website care solutions are just for the one website. You are welcome to sign up multiple times if you have more than one website.

Definitely! However, larger issues may need us to work with your existing hosting provider and resolving those issues will take a longer time. We will also require login details to your cPanel with your existing hosting provider and we will not be able to guarantee their service levels.

Most tasks are completed during business hours, Monday to Friday. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call in our experts for extra help.

We attend to during working hours, Monday to Friday. Most tasks are completed within the same business day, most within 8 hours. If you request a task over the weekend or late during the day, we generally take care of it on the first business day unless we deem it to be urgent.

First, we need to ensure that you have a client profile set up with us, a solution is selected, and the first month’s payment is made. Once these are done, you are welcome to submit your first task via our support request form. We aim to start working on solving your problems on the same day you sign up.

To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, our website care solutions are developed to do only small fixes and tasks. This means that 30-minute tasks are in scope and larger, more complex projects are out of scope and may be chargeable. If you have a project that is out of scope, we are happy to provide you with a separate quote.
